Volkswagen Polo is a small sized car that has really won the hearts of the people all round the globe. But if you will see this modified version of VW’s Polo baby, you will not be able to resist yourself from saying “WOW”!

Just have a look at the specifications of the modified Polo which made it win the best polo 6N award at the recent Dub Day held at Vmacs as part of the 2011 Dubrun.

Engine is the chief component of every car. Following modifications can be seen in the aforementioned Polo:

  • 2l 8v (ADY)
  • Estas 276 cam
  • Wildcat 4-2-1 branch with 57mm free flow
  • De-trumpeted air-box with K&N flat panel filter
  • Gotech mini-x
  • Sachs clutch with 210mm flywheel which has been lightened
  • Polyurethane engine mounts
  • Car makes 97kw and 181nm ATW

Talking about the Suspension and wheels, here is what you will see:

  • Koni STR-T springs (40mm drop)
  • Koni STR-T shocks
  • Polyurethane top shock mounts
  • Polyurethane LCA, rear axle and ARB bushes
  • 17” Fusion rims running on 205/40/17 Yellowsea Tires
  • VW valve caps
  • 10mm spacers on the rear
  • Hub conversion done to allow 4×100 and 5×100 PCD rims…

A car that runs at a great speed needs sturdy Brakes that get applied on time without causing imbalance. This car’s brakes feature ATE slotted discs, Ferodo premium pads
Braided lines and Dot 5 racing fluid. Yeah! Enough to make it run like a cheetah…

  • Citroen aerial mod
