Rimo’s super sweet Mk5 GTi

This here beauty belongs Ramiz Isaacs, or Rimo to his mates.  This ultra clean Mk5 GTi has some tasty subtle mods on it, which is why it looks different, yet you don’t know why. For the interior it’s basic, a Pro-Sport boost gauge and a Recaro seat for the rugrat. ICE includes a JBL DVC sub in a custom enclosure, a Targa 2000w monoblock amp, a Targa 4-channel 800w amp,a cd player and OEM door speakers.  Outside the car there’s a Rieger front spoiler and splitter that’s been colour-matched with the splitter section in a carbon-look. We see a chrome GTi emblem on the front grille while it’s been removed from the rear, the front VW emblem is now gloss black. There are DSG foglight grilles, side-skirts and the middle section of the rear bumper has been smoothed and colour matched.

We also find a Hoen xenon-match foglight bulb, the rear tailights were sprayed to R32 spec tailights. The car rides on H&R springs, 45mm lower than stock and there are 19” Work VSXX wheels allround.  An air-ride suspension must still be fitted. Under the hood is some GIAC software, an ATP downpipe, a Forge cold air intake with ATP filter, a KMD HPFP and a Forge actuator.

This car is damn hawt!! But one thing I noticed while buying my body work this week, is that you can’t have a heavy front lip, and standard sides. It makes the car look uneven.
