What more can a brand ask for? From Bentley to Passat to Phaeton every single time it has proved its buyers of its classiness and versatility. And now to add value to the brand the T1 Camper of 1962 is recreated as a Lego exclusive model, which includes every minute iconic feature that the original van had. The authentic Camper Van was then the favourite of the Hippies around the world. And I am sure hippies are going to love this recreation as well.
The red LEGO VW Camper Van encompasses features like the triple colour split at the facade, curved ceiling and window casing, opening ‘splittie’ safari windshield, opening doors and the famous pop-up roof. The interiors of the model are also extraordinary which include the VW air-cooled flat four cylinder boxer engine, front cabin bench seat, gear stick, oblique dashboard and ancient spherical speedometer. The Lego designer John-Henry Harris candidly says that the Camper van itself was so idolized that it really lent itself to a LEGO model. This certified 1,332 piece kit has working doors, windows, and a detailed interior and engine.
The red LEGO VW Camper Van would be available from this October for $100 via shop.LEGO.com and at LEGO® Stores.
