Volkswagen Up will hit UK showrooms next spring at starting price of £7,995
The Volkswagen up! the compact city car, is a part of the Volkswagen Group New Small Family series of models, debuted at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show. The up! had their first glance as a series of concept cars, starting in 2007 with the Volkswagen up! Concept, also at the Frankfurt Motor Show. And the latest news are that this newest edition of the Volkswagen car will hit the UK showrooms in next spring as confirmed but the renowned automaker.
The Up comes in an option of three 1.0 liter, 3-cylinder petrol engines. One of the options offers fuel-saving Bluemotion technologies. The three-door variant has three trim levels: Take Up, Move Up and High Up. The German brand is also expected to produce a five-door edition of the car sometime in the second half of next year.
Standard features of the entry-level version include 14-inch steel wheels, a CD player with an MP3 jack plug, body hued bumpers, front & side head, chest airbags, daytime running lights, and rear ISOFIX child-seat anchors. The Move Up additionally features color-coded door mirrors & handles, air-conditioning, remote central locking, electric front windows and fold rear seats. The High up model adds 15-inch alloys, heated front seats, electrically adjustable door mirrors and a leather trimmed steering wheel.
So guys with these amazing three Up variants don’t wait as the booking orders have been started. The entry-level model will be available with a price tag of £7,995, while the special edition Up White and UP Black will cost from £11,180.
